架桥粒子粒径与裂缝有效流动宽度匹配关系的试验研究

摘    要:使用基质渗透率为零的天然致密露头岩石制备裂缝性岩心,通过岩心流动试验,研究了架桥粒子的粒径与裂缝有效流动宽度之间的匹配关系。结果表明,架桥粒子粒径与裂缝有效流动宽度之间的匹配关系为(0.5—1),1,架桥粒子浓度不小于3%时可达到较好的暂堵效果;按照上述匹配关系选用粒子进行暂堵时,多级粒子的暂堵效果比单级粒子的暂堵效果好。

Abstract:The compatibility between the diameter of bridging particles and the effective fractrue width is studied based on the core flow test, using the core sample prepared by natural rock with matrix permeability of zero. Result shows that the compatibility condition between them is 0. 5-1 to 1, and better temporary plugging effect could achieved when the concentration of bridging particle is 3% or higher. It added that multistage particles are more effective than single stage particles for temporary plugging.
