摘    要:在铝表面组装一层仅数分子厚的双-3-(三乙氧基)硅丙基]四硫化物(BTESPT)偶联剂膜后,将其浸入某分子中含有长链烷基的有机酸酯缓蚀剂A溶液中,取出吹干后在一定条件下固化形成致密疏水的复合膜。通过盐雾试验、极化曲线和交流阻抗评价了复合膜的耐蚀性能,结果表明复合膜固化后膜层结构致密具有良好疏水性,对铝合金具有很好的防护作用,且膜中不含重金属和氟化物对环境友好。

Abstract:After assembling BTESPT of molecule's thickness on the surface,the Aluminum sheet was immerged in a solution with long line alkyl organic acid ester corrosion inhibitor.Then the sheet was taken out of the solution,then dried and cured in a condition to form compact hydrophobe complex film.The corrosion resistant of the film was examined by using salt-spray test,polarization curves and AC impedance.The complex film had excellent corrosion resistant for aluminum and did not contain heavy metal and fluorin element.
