摘    要:通过两因素三水平正交试验对浮选过程中捕收剂和起泡剂的用量进行优化研究,并用浮选完善指标和精煤产率两个指标来评价浮选效果,最终确定最佳捕收剂用量为吨干煤泥0.3kg,起泡剂用量为吨干煤泥0.36kg。

Abstract:Research works have been carried out on optimization of dosage of collector and frother in flotation process by means of two-factor and three-level orthogonal test and perfect index of flotation and yield of clean coal are used to evaluate the flotation performance. Through these, an optimum dosage has been obtained, i.e. the dosage of collector is 0.3 kg per ton of dry coal slime and the dosage of frother is 0.36 kg per ton of dry coal slime.
