少齿差环板式减速器的弹性动力学分析

摘    要:综合考虑环板、高速轴、齿轮副、轴承的变形和偏心套的误差,构造少齿差环板式减速器的变形协调条件,并结合动态子结构法建立该类传动系统的弹性动力学模型.通过求解系统的弹性动力学方程,获得减速器各环节的真实受力状况及系统的低阶固有特性.弹性动力学仿真结果表明,环板和高速轴支承轴承的弹性对减速器关键零部件的受力状况有较大影响,其中对高速轴行星轴承寿命的影响尤为明显;动力输入方式对系统的动力学性能影响很大,相同参数条件下双动力输入系统的受力性能要优于单输入系统.基于ANSYS的有限元模态分析结果与弹性动力学仿真结果吻合较好,表明所建立的少齿差环板式减速器弹性动力学模型具有较高的计算精度.

Abstract:The deformation compatibility conditions of ring-plate gear reducer with small tooth number difference are analyzed by con-sidering the deformations such as ring-plates, high-speed shafts, gears, bearings and errors of cranks. Then an elasto-dynamic model is developed with the combination of lumped parameter method and finite element method. By solving the elasto-dynamic governing equation of the transmission system, the loading state and mode characteristics of the reducer under single and double input condition are predicted. At last, a finite element model is developed in ANSYS to validate the accuracy of the elasto-dynamic model. The good match between the results of two models indicates that the elasto-dynamic model has a satisfactory precision.
