摘    要:对某井特殊螺纹接头油管腐蚀穿孔事故进行了调查研究,对腐蚀穿孔的油管接头样品的化学成分、力学性能、金相组织进行了试验分析,对油管腐蚀形貌进行了微观分析和宏观分析,对油管腐蚀产物进行了能谱分析,依据试验结果对袖管腐蚀的原因进行了分析讨论.认为油管属于局部冲刷腐蚀,冲刷腐蚀原因是接头部位存在结构变化引起的紊流。

Abstract:An analysis of downhole premium connection tubing corrosion was performed based on field background search, macro and micro corrosion morphology analysis and material testing. It is concluded that the tubing failure was caused by erosion-corrosion. By analyzing the configuration of the tubing premium connection, it is further determined that the erosion-corrosion was due to high turbulences of downhole liquid flows and high shear stress at locations subject to abrupt geometric change because thread make-up was not in the right position.
