| 摘 要： | 目前硝态氮含量的测定都依据GB/T3597-2002《肥料中硝态氮含量的测定氮试剂重量法》。该方法检测需5～6 h,且操作条件严格。采用分光光度法快速测定硝态氮,准确度可满足要求,现介绍如下。
