近年来,高职英语教学迎来了前所未有的挑战。基于高职英语实践性教学模式的实施背景和就业现状,探讨"课内课外一体化"英语实践性教学模式的建构,阐述高职英语实践性教学质量与面向就业市场的关系,提出高职英语实践性教学质量问题不仅关系到毕业生的就业前景,而且成为影响学生就业的关键因素,只有构建科学合理的"课内课外一体化"实践教学体系并从整体上策划每个实践教学环节,注重实践能力的培养,才能保证质量的观点。

Relationship between Improving Teaching Quality of Practical English of Vocational Colleges and Gearing up for Job Market

In recent years,English teaching of vocational colleges is facing unprecedented challenges.This paper,according to the background and college students’ status quos of practical English teaching model of vocational colleges,deals with the construction of integrated practical in-class and out-of-class English teaching model,while illustrating the relationship between improving teaching quality of practical English of vocational colleges and gearing up for job market.It argues that teaching quality of practical English of vocational colleges becomes critical factor of college students employment as well as employment prospect,and that only by scientifically and rationally constructing integrated practical in-class and out-of-class English teaching model with a wholly planning of each practical teaching step and much attention to the cultivation of practical ability can the quality be guaranteed.
