| Abstract: | A technique is described for peripheral irideetomy with a slit-lamp ruby laser system in the treatment of early angle-closure glaucoma. 61 out of 64 eyes treated by a. two-step procedure were successful. Three eyes received a second treatment one week later by making an opening. |
