摘    要:分析锁片冲裁、成形、弯曲等冲压工艺,进行模具总体结构设计.选择合理的排样方案.采用斜锲结构来调整弯曲模的位置,方便模具调试和凹模刃口的修磨.采用导柱导向的弹压卸料板,保证模具冲压精度.实践证明:该模具结构合理,加工质量好,生产效率高,对此类零件的级进模设计有重要参考价值.

Abstract:The stamping process of the locking pieces including blanking, forming, bending, etc. was analyzed and the overall structure of the mold was designed. Reasonable nesting program was selected. Inclined wedge structure was adopted to adjust the location of bending die and die debugging and die cutting edge grinding became easy. Column-ori-ented suppress discharge guide plate was adopted, so that precision die stamping was guaranteed. By practice, it is proved that the die structure is reasonable, the processing quality is good and the productivity is high, which has an important reference value for designing the progressive die of this kind of part.
