摘    要:高强度铝合金材料由于其独特的防护性能,已作为结构材料应用于轻型装甲车辆。在实验研究的基础上,利用有限元方法模拟分析了弹头侵彻靶板的物理过程。通过选择合适的材料模型和算法,直观地演示了整个穿甲过程中各参量的变化,较好地实现了某型铝合金抗弹效应的三维数值模拟。实验与仿真结果表明:两者在侵彻过程中的宏观物理图像及力学特征上相当接近。这种铝合金材料能有效地抗枪弹等动能弹的打击。

Abstract:Because of its specific protective performance, high strength aluminum alloy has been widely used as structural material for light armored vehicle. Based on the experiments, the process penetrating the target plate was simulated by using the method of finite element. Choosing the material model and the algorithm, three dimensional numerical simulation of anticartridge effect for certain aluminum alloy was realized and the parameter variation was demonstrated during the armor-piercing process. The regular pattern obtained from simulation is in accordance with that of obtained from testing. The results show that this material is effective on resisting the attack of bullet.
