| 摘 要： | 烟草行业的技改力度不断加强,各卷烟企业材料及设备也不断更新换代.现对KDF2滤棒成型设备三醋酸甘油酯的喷洒方式进行改进,优化工艺参数,从而改善滤棒的硬度,寻求适宜的滤棒固化时间,为将来使用滤棒自动输送系统的配置提供可靠的技术支持。

| Abstract: | As the technical transformation improvement of cigarette industry---the cigarette materials and equipments are changed rapidly. In this case, the transformation focuses on the spraying mode of triacetyl glycerine of KDF2 filter shaping equipment. The purpose is to optimize the techniques parameters and the hardness of filters-then investigates the suitable solidifying time of filters. This technical transformation is able to provide reliable technical support for filters automatic conveying system in the future. |
