| 摘 要： | 结合大庆油田水务公司实施的深度处理工程,在研究国内外成功案例的基础上,从超滤膜的过滤方式和材质的选取、膜通量和回收率的确定、原水水质和水温对基本参数的影响、超滤膜系统设计计算等方面总结了净水厂超滤膜系统设计的关键技术.同时还阐述了超滤膜系统设备材料选型以及超滤系统软件功能的实现,可为今后国内超滤膜水厂的设计和应用提供参考.

| Abstract: | Combing with the advanced treatment project in Daqing Oilfield Water Company, on the basis of research the success cases at home and abroad, the main techniques of ultrafiltration membrane system design in waterworks were concluded, which contained filtration way, material selection, membrane flux, recovery rate determination, influence of raw water quality and temperature on basic parameters and design calculation of uhrafiltration membrane system. Meanwhile, the material selection of uhrafiltration membrane system equipment and the realization of uhrafihration system software function were elaborated. It could provide reference for design and application in ultrafihration membrane waterworks at home in future. |
