摘    要:运用增强拉格朗日数值分析方法,结合风力机运行特点,利用Workbench分析软件对风力机收缩盘工作过程中的接触应力、随机振动综合分析,得到收缩盘受力特点。根据收缩盘极限受力分析特点,进而对其进行结构改进,从而改善收缩盘的应力分布,提高风力机传动链的工作寿命。从工程设计角度上看,能够适用于风力机主传动链设计,并能够提高传动系统的机械可靠性。

Abstract:It is used for analysis that enhancing Lagrange numerical analysis method and the char-acteristics of wind turbine,contact stress and ran-dom vibration of shrink disc is analyzed with Workbench software,and extreme stress character-istics of shrink disc is get.According to character-istics of extreme stress characteristics,its structure and stress distribution service life of shrink disc is improved,so as to improve the service life of the wind turbine transmission chain.From view of en-gineering point,this method is applied to the de-sign of main transmission chain of wind turbine, and reliability of the transmission system is im-proved.
