摘    要:采用Kromasil C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm)色谱柱,1mL/min流速,202nm检测波长,室温,乙腈-水二元梯度洗脱,以及负离子模式,0.34MPa雾化器压力,3600V毛细管电压,100V碎片器电压,10L/min氮气流量,300℃氮气温度。实现了广西产三七总皂苷样品中20多种化合物的液相色谱分离及多个皂苷化合物的飞行时间质谱鉴定。质谱鉴定结果表明广西三七的主要皂苷化合物有人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re、三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Rd,是三七中的上品,既可入药也可食补。

Abstract:HPLC separation and TOF-MS identification methods of saponins of the Panax Notoginseng were established with the HPLC conditions of Kromasil C18 (4.6mm×200mm,5μm), flow rate at lmL/min, detection wavelength at 202nm, room temperature and mobile phase of acetonitrile-water with gradient e- lution, and the MS conditions of the negative ion mode, drying gas (nitrogen) temperature at 350℃, dr- ying gas flow at 10 L/min, nebulizer pressure at 0. 34MPa, capillary voltage (Vcap) at 4000 V, fragmen- tor voltage at 100 V. The results indicated that the separation was satisfactary and five saponins were iden- tified in the Panax Notoginseng.
