油溶性复合降黏剂室内研究

摘    要:针对河南油田稠油降黏中存在的问题,开展了油溶性降黏剂配方的研究。通过室内筛选评价,制得油溶性降黏剂复合体系,并考察了温度对降黏效果的影响。实验表明,该体系对河南油田杨浅19区块的稠油在30~80℃范围内的降黏率可达到98%以上,且普适性较广。

Laboratory Study on Oil Soluble Composite Viscosity Reducer

Abstract:According to the problem existing the heavy oil viscosity reduction in henan oil field, the study on oil xoluble viscosity reducer formula are developed. Through indoor screening evaluation, oil soluble composite reducer sytem are abtained, the effect of temperature to viscosity reducing effect are investigated. The result shows, the viscosity reduction rate of this system to henan oil field yangqian 19 block heavy oil at 30 - 80℃ over 98%, also, its universality is more widely.
