基于负荷平衡的监控AGC在热连轧中的应用

摘    要:针对传统热连轧监控AGC不能解决各个机架之间厚度偏差量的分配和保持各机架间负荷平衡的问题,提出一种基于速度和机架间带钢厚度的样本跟踪方式,同时兼顾各机架间负荷平衡,以此为基础对监控AGC控制方式进行优化。现场应用效果表明,优化后的热连轧监控AGC控制方式可以在不影响调节速度的前提下有效平衡各机架负荷,取得良好的控制效果,适用于推广。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the traditional monitor AGC cannot distribute strip thickness deviation reasonable between stands,in order to keep the load balance of hot strip mill, a optimized monitor AGC system based on the theory of load balance and strip sample length tracking mode was put forward. The optimized monitor AGC system has been applied in a hot strip mill successfully. Application result shows that the new method can keep the load balance without influencing the response, and it has achieved good control precision and has a good application prospect.
