高温熔盐合成TiC-NiTi复合粉末体系的研究

摘    要:以Ti粉、Ni粉和活性炭为原料,用高温熔盐的方法合成的TiC-NiTi复合粉体中的NiTi相不但具有良好的可逆马氏体相变行为,而且马氏体转变相变温度与大块NiTi材料基本相同。虽然合成粒子大部分团聚成大颗粒,但粒子的形貌比较规则。对合成的复合粉体进行高温盐水浴处理后的产物中虽然有TiC大量存在,但是NiTi仍然具有可逆马氏体相变效应,并且随着保温时间的延长,可逆马氏体相变行为更加稳定。高温处理后的粉体粒子团聚成大颗粒,其中TiC粒子呈片层状。

Abstract:The NiTi phase in the composite particles of TiC and NiTi, which are synthesized from the raw materials of Ti powder, Ni powder and active carbon by using the high-temperature salt-melting technology, has good reversible martensitic phase-change behavior, moreover, the temperature of martensitic phase change is basically the same as that of the big-block NiTi material. Although most of the synthesized particles will bind together into large ones, the shape of the particle still remains regular. There is a large amount of TiC existing in the product of the synthesized composite particle after being treated with the high-temperature salt bath, but NiTi still has reversible martensitic phase-change effect; and furthermore, the martensitic phase-change behavior becomes more stable as the insulation time extends. The powder particles after being treated under high temperature will bind together into large particles, of which TiC particle takes the shape of lamination.
