SnO_2微纳米结构的制备与表征

摘    要:以L-天冬氨酸、PVP等为结构导向剂,利用SnCl2的水解氧化反应,制备出带凹槽的半管状SnO2微结构。所得样品用XRD和SEM等技术进行表征,考察了反应条件对样品形貌的影响。结果表明,低温、低反应物浓度或以ASP为结构导向剂容易得到一维的凹槽结构。并且测定了样品的激发光谱和光致发光光谱,初步讨论了半管状SnO2微米棒的光致发光性质和生长过程。

Preparation and Characterization of SnO2 Nano/Micro Structures
Abstract:SnO2 nano/micro structures were prepared through hydrothermal hydrolysis of SnCl2 using aspartic acid as structure directing reagent.The products were characterized using XRD and SEM.The influence of various experimental parameters on the morphologies of SnO2 has been investigated.The results indicated that the hemi-tubes structure got easier under the conditions of low concentration of the reactants or ASP as structure directing reagent.Photoluminescence property has been studied and possible growth mechanism of SnO2 hemi-tubes discussed.
