| Abstract: | To improve economic efficiency, attract investment and perform electric power industry reformation, in Russia a huge scale power industry reformation plan is drawn up and it is expected to build up competitive power generation enterprises and power supply enterprises. Taking the European area and Urals area of Russia as research objectives, the authors describe the power industry structure, market design project applied in power industry reformation of Russia and their features in detail, and make comment to the contents of power industry reformation in Russia. |
