职业学校德育工作创新与构建和谐社会

职业教育担负着培养高素质劳动者的神圣使命。而和谐社会的本质则要求全社会劳动者不仅是高技能的,更是高素质的。职业学校德育承担着培养"高素质"的任务。本文在分析构建和谐社会对职业学校德育工作的时代要求基础上,对职校德育工作存在的诸如教育功能上的不对称、教育观念上的不适应、教育内容上的不同步、教育机制上的不协调等"不和谐"因素进行了现实反思,并对如何用"和谐德育"理念全面创新职校德育工作进行了积极的实践思考。

Thoughts on the Innovation Request of the Moral Education of the Vocational School for Constructing a Harmonious Society

The essence of harmonious society requests vocational education not only to train hundreds of millions high technical workers but also with high quality.The education work of vocational school is undertaking the task to raise "high quality talent".This paper analyzes that building a harmonious society on the basis of the age demand of the moral education of the vocational school,practically reviews the discordant factors which exist in vocational moral education such as: asymmetry of education function,incompatibility of education concept,different step with education content and incongruity of education system,also actively and practically considers how to innovate "vocational moral education work" with the theory of harmonious moral education.
