摘    要:介绍了全员目标管理的概念、业务流程及其特点。详细阐述了基于这种管理理念开发的辽宁二道沟金矿全员目标管理系统的系统分析、设计、开发以及软件的功能特点,并在B/S模式下实现了该系统的全部功能。

Abstract:An introduction of the concept,managerial flow sheet,and characteristics of the staff management by objective(SMO) system is given in this paper.Based on this concept,the SMO system was development for Erdaogou Gold Mine,China Gold Group Ltd.Meanwhile,the systematic analysis,design & development,and the functional characteristics of the system software are discussed in detail.All the functions of the system are accomplished under B/S mode.
