| Abstract: | An introduction of the concept,managerial flow sheet,and characteristics of the staff management by objective(SMO) system is given in this paper.Based on this concept,the SMO system was development for Erdaogou Gold Mine,China Gold Group Ltd.Meanwhile,the systematic analysis,design & development,and the functional characteristics of the system software are discussed in detail.All the functions of the system are accomplished under B/S mode. |
