本在随机生产模拟理论的基础上结合边际成本的概念，采用均分联网节约效益的思想，初步探讨了互联电力系统交换电量的电价核算方法及原则。本还用削峰运行和引进电量分配因子，使水电模拟更为准确。本的核心是应用全解析的随机生产根据理论计算各类机组的详细出力过程。

A Preliminary Study on Electricity Pricing for Exchanged Powerby Probabilistic Production Simulation

A new method for electricity interchange pricing has been developed in this paper. A model accounting the pooling-benefitsof interconnected system is also presented. Applying probabilistic production simulation model in electricity interchange billing isthe area of this paper, which is based on marginal cast principle and analytical production simulation theory. Under the as-sumption of Gaussian probabilistic distribution of random load fluctuation and plant outases , the chronological nature of load canbe taken into consideration to determine the working peition of all kinds of plant on the original load curve. Thus a clear produc-tion process is presented, by which the marginal cost of every kind of plant is obtained. In sharing interconnecting benefits thesplit-saving principle is recommended in this paper too.
