高频电源模块缓冲电路优化探讨

摘    要:高频电源模块的噪声主要来自功率变换和输出整流滤波电路。ZVZCSPWM全桥变换器实现了开关管的软开关,但其输出整流二极管不是工作在软开关状态,输出整流二极管在换流时,变换器的副边存在寄生振荡。本文讨论其产生原因及抑制办法。

Abstract:Most of noise in high-frequency module comes from the power conversing circuit and output rectifying and filtering circuit.ZVZCS PWM full-bridge converter realizes soft-switching in the switch tube.However,the output rectifying diode is not under a state of soft-switching.When the diode is changing current,the vice side of the converter will have parasitic oscillation.In this paper,we discuss the cause and suppression method of the parasitic oscillation.
