摘    要:氨基磺酸能代替硫酸作为酯化催化剂。在氨基磺酸存在下,由己二酸和正丁醇合成己二酸二丁酯。研究了反应的影响因素和催化剂的重复使用性能。当己二酸、正丁醇和氨基磺酸的摩尔比为1:10:0.31,回流分水60min,酯收率达93.9%。同时利用氨基磺酸催化合成了癸二酸二丁酯、丁二酸二丁酯和马来酸二丁酯。

Abstract:Amino sulfonic acid can be used as catalyst for esterification instead of sulphuric acid. The dibutyl adi-pate was synthesized from adipic acid and n-butyl alcohol in the presence of amino sulfonic acid. The effects on reaction and reuseability of the catalyst were examined.The yield of the ester could reach 93.9% when ratio of adipic acid, n-butyl alcohol and amino sulfonic acid was 1:10:0.31 with reflux time of 60 min.Dibutyl sebacate,dibutyl succinate and dibutyl maleate were also synthesized with amino sulfonic acid as catalyst.
