| 摘 要： | 本文对ＳＧ４２０／１３．７－Ｍ４１９型锅炉的结渣及汽温问题进行了分析研究，认为主要是卫燃带敷设方式，炉内空气动力特性不良，结构设计欠缺和热力计算不准等因素所致，并根据引起问题的具体原因，采取了相应的改造措施，彻底解决了结渣与汽温问题。

The Study of Slag and Steam Tempreture on M419 Boiler in Heze Power Plant |

| Abstract: | This article analyzes main causes of slag and low steam tempreture on SG420/13.7-M419boiler,such as the type of burner basket area,poor air-orgnizing within the furnace,defect of structure design,inaccurate thermal calculation and so on. According to the analysis,some measures were taken to prevent the problems thoroughly. |
