摘    要:在共沸蒸馏ZnSn(OH)6-正丁醇体系的同时,加入硬脂酸制备了改性ZnSn(OH)6纳米颗粒。用TEM、FTIR、XRD和TG/DTA等对这种纳米颗粒的形貌和结构进行了表征,ZnSn(OH)6纳米颗粒的大小为50~80nm。并在四球机上考察了它的摩擦学性能,在低负荷下,具有良好的抗磨性能。

Abstract:Modified nanoscale zinc hydroxystannates were prepared by azeotropic distillation of zinc hydroxystannate-n- butanol system with stearic acid added at the same time ,then were characterized by TEM, FTIR, XRD and TG/DTA. The size of nanoscale zinc hydroxystannate is about 50 - 80 nm. The effects of additive concentration and load applied on its antiwear were evaluated on a four-ball tester, result shows that nanoscale zinc hydroxystannate has good antiwear properties at the low load.
