摘    要:环境恶化、资源贫乏和大量废弃物难以处理的矛盾使得面向拆卸与回收的设计成为近年来设计制造领域研究的一个热点。拆卸与回收是产品生命周期中的关键环节 ,因而产品的可拆卸性和可回收性是面向环境设计需要考虑的重要内容。本文通过对影响拆卸和回收的各种因素的分析 ,形成了一系列指导设计过程的设计指南

Abstract:Meeting the challenges of the degradation of the environment, the shortage of resources and the difficulties to dispose the huge amount of wastes, many researches have been done on design for disassembly and recycling. Disassembly and recycling are important stages in the product life cycle, accordingly much attention should be paid to the product's disassemblability and recyclability during design process. Based on the analysis of the factors that affect the disassemblability and recyclability of the product, this paper presents some guidelines to design for disassembly and recycling.
