国内外高纯BaTiO3的生产现状

摘    要:介绍了国内外已产业化的、三种生产高纯BaTiO3的方法,即:固相法,草酸共沉淀法及水热合成法。重点介绍了它们的工艺流程,反应机理,研究进展,优缺点,主要厂家及其年产量。还介绍了高纯BaTiO3的主要应用领域,国内市场容量,国内外的价格等市场现状。随着MLCC产量的迅猛增长,水热合成法的地位,将日显重要。

Abstract:Presented was the production of high purity BaTiO3 powders for PTC thermistor,semiconductor capacitor and MLCC,including techniques(solid state reaction,oxalate co-precipitation and hydrothermal synthesis and so on),main manufacturers,annual output,and market(price of BaTiO3 in the domestic and overseas,capacity of market in the domestic).Research progress of preparing techniques for BaTiO3 was also evaluated.
