摘    要:中铝山西分公司4个蒸发站的蒸发凝结水未采取任何措施直接排出,造成蒸汽消耗较高。针对这一现状,提出了用“水封罐+闪蒸槽”阻汽排水、充分利用热能、降低蒸汽消耗的措施。实践证明,此方法可有效降低蒸汽消耗,每年可节省资金1051万元。

Abstract:Evaporation condensation water from four evaporation stations in Shanxi Branch Company, Chinese Aluminum Corporation is directly discharged so that evaporation consume is very high. The measure of using "water sealed tank+flash tank" to hold back steam and discharge water is presented for full utilizing heat energy. It is showed that evaporation consume is effectively decreased by the measure and about 10 million yuan can be saved in one year.
