汽轮机转子热应力在线监测与疲劳寿命分析

摘    要:对第三类边界条件转子非稳态导热微分方程,采用有限差分格式分析计算,实时在线监测转子应力变化.采用等效应变法,简化转子多轴应力状态模型,将转子多轴低周疲劳转化为单轴疲劳问题,基于线性损伤累积模型,利用雨流计数法对转子低周疲劳寿命进行了分析.

Abstract:In this paper, for the unsteady thermal conduction differential equation with the third boundary condition, the finite-difference method is modelled and formulated to monitor the rotor thermal - stress online. The Equivalent Strain method is used, the multi-axial stress state model is simplified, and the multi-axial low cycle fatigue is translated into uniaxial fatigue model, based linear cumulative damage model, the rain-flow method is adopted to analyse and calculate the rotor low cycle fatigue damage.
