摘    要:主要是应用到20PM的圆弧插补功能,因为在折弯机弯一些短管时,控制不好,可能会将铜管压扁。虽说PLC也支持圆弧插补,但是在使用上有诸多的限制。在此设备上,使用20PM控制悬臂上的前后和上下两轴,设备通过悬臂拉住铜管做圆弧插补将铜管弯曲成形。后来在调试中,根据实际要求,将圆弧改成渐开线,以期有更好的弯管效果。

Abstract:This paper introduces the function of Delta 20PM's arc interpolation. The copper tube will be staved if bending machine is not properly controlled when bending some short pipes. Though PLC can also support arc interpolation, there are many restric- tion when being used. When using the 20PM to control all the axes on the cantilever, the equipment can pull the copper pipe to implement its arc interpolation and bend forming with the cantilever. This paper introduces the actually operating and debugging to get better bending result by changing are to involute.
