航空用低压大电流功率变换器稳定性分析

摘    要:本文对航空用低压大电流功率变换器系统稳定性进行分析,该变换器采用电流型PWM控制器UC3843,使用电流模式控制的DC-DC变换器,斜坡补偿电路是保证这种控制模式稳定工作的关键所在。本文从理论上对斜坡补偿的作用进行分析,并采用Saber软件对电流模式控制的变换器进行了仿真,通过仿真分析得到斜坡补偿和系统稳定性的关系。

Abstract:The stability of low-voltage high-current power converter is discussed in this paper, the current mode PWM controller UC3843 is used in the circuit of the DC-DC converter. Slope Compensation circuit is the key part in Current-mode control, which can keep the system out of instability.
