大容量机组凝结水泵采用变频技术的实践

摘    要:针对凝结水泵变频改造后受到给水泵密封水压力的制约而不能更大地发挥作用的问题,提出改进给水泵密封水系统及轴封形式,以完全发挥凝结水泵变频节能的最大潜力,并使除氧器水位调节品质得到改善。实践表明:优化后凝结水泵变频节能率从38.43%提高到61.21%。

Abstract:In view of the problem of the condensate pump playing no more role in the operation after improvement owing to restraint of the sealed water pressure of the pump, the improvement of sealed water system and its shaft seal form has been put forward so as fully to play the potential energy-saving role of the frequency conversion of condensate pump and to improve the water level control of the deaerator. The practice shows that the energy-saving rate of the frequency conversion pump is increased from 38.43% into 61.21%.
