摘    要:针对锅炉高温受热面内氧化皮形成和脱落,以及在管道和汽轮机通流部分的沉积问题,对给水氧化性处理机理、受热面氧化控制和预防脱落、优化给水加氧控制等进行了研究,提出了1036 MW机组氧化皮预控方式及注意事项.实践表明:锅炉受热面氧化皮产生、脱落和聚积得到了有效控制,确保了机组的安全、稳定运行.

Abstract:To reduce the formation and peeling-off of oxide scales on high-temperature heating surface of boiler, and the sediment of oxide scales in pipeline and flow path of turbine, a study has been carried out on the oxidizing treatment of feedwater, oxidation control of heating surface, peeling-off prevention of oxide scales and control optimization of feedwater oxygenation, after which countermeasures and noteworthy items are put forward for control of the oxide scales in 1 036 MW units. Application results prove above measures to be effective in controlling the generation, peeling-off and sediment of oxide scales on heating surface of boiler, which would ensure safety and reliable running of the units.
