600 MW超临界压力锅炉膜式水冷壁截面温度场及鳍片厚度研究

摘    要:建立了超临界压力锅炉膜式水冷壁有限元数学模型,并利用ANSYS10.0软件进行截面温度场分布模拟。模拟结果表明:向火侧鳍端为整个膜式水冷壁截面温度最高点;随着鳍片厚度的改变,向火侧鳍端温度存在一个最低值;对于某电厂600MW超临界压力锅炉,鳍片厚度为7~9mm时鳍端温度存在一个最佳值。

Abstract:A mathematical model of finite element for membrane wall of a super-critical pressure boiler has been set up and a simulation on sectional temperature distribution has been carried out with ANSYS 10.0 software. Simulation results show that the highest temperature occurs at the fin end facing the flame along the whole membrane wall, which has a lowest value with the variation of fin thickness. For a 600 MW super-critical pressure boiler, there exists an optimum fin end temperature with the fin thickness in 7-9 mm.
