EM12和EH14埋弧焊丝用盘条生产工艺研究

摘    要:介绍EM12、EH14埋弧焊丝用盘条生产工艺。采用控制化学成分、使用含Al不含Si复合脱氧剂和低碳锰铁脱氧合金化、LF精炼适度控氧工艺技术(出站溶解氧质量分数控制在0.002%~0.004%)和控制轧制(开轧温度:1 020~1 080℃,吐丝温度:EM12为920~940℃,EH14为860~880℃)及斯太尔摩缓慢冷却技术(盘条轧后冷却速度小于1℃/s)进行生产。用户随机取4.0 mm成品焊丝进行熔敷金属力学性能试验:抗拉强度实测值EM12为485 MPa,EH14为535 MPa;屈服强度实测值EM12为410 MPa,EH14为450 MPa;伸长率实测值EM12为32%,EH14为27.5%;冲击功实测值EM12为58、46、41 J,EH14为89、96、85 J,符合AWS A5.17要求。产品经客户使用,未出现质量问题。

Abstract:To introduce the production process of wire rod for EM12 and EH14 submerged arc welding wire.Such measures are taken as controlling chemical composition,using compound deoxidant containing Al but without Si and low carbon ferromanganese deoxidizing to alloy,LF refine control oxygen(solution oxygen mass fraction is controlled at 0.002% to 0.004%),rolling controlling(starting rolling at 1 020 to 1 080 ℃,wire rod laying temperature is 920 to 940 ℃ for EM12,860 to 880 ℃ for EH14),the Stelmor slow cooling(cooling speed is less than 1 ℃/s after rolling).Weld metal mechanical properties experiment of diameter 4.0 mm finished were done,the result show that practical test tensile strength is 485 MPa for EM12,535 MPa for EH14;practical yield strength is 410 MPa for EM12,450 MPa for EH14;practical elongation is 32% for EM12,27.5% for EH14;practical impact work is 58,46,41 J for EM12,89,96,85 J for EH14,all these meet the AWS A5.17 demands.No quality problem appeared in consumers’ use.
