核电站电气贯穿件压力监测装置的ANSYS应力分析与评定

摘    要:介绍了适用于核电站电气贯穿件的一种压力监测装置,且采用ANSYS有限元分析法对该装置按RCC-M规范进行全面的应力分析与评定。分析表明:该结构的压力监测装置在应力强度方面符合RCC-M规范的相关要求,也能够满足核电厂寿命期内长期、安全、可靠运行的要求。

Abstract:A pressure monitoring device for electrical penetration assemblies (EPA) in nuclear power plant has been introduced. General stress analysis and evaluation to the device have been made by ANSYS finite element analysis in accordance with RCC-M. Analysis results indicate that the pressure monitoring device can meet relevant strength requirements of RCC-M, which can safely and reliably operate in the life time of nuclear power plants.
