摘    要:pH测量系统由测量电极、电缆、测量变送器、安装支架等组成。只有针对不同的应用工况选择合适的仪表才能够保证准确、快速的pH测量。传统pH电极对电缆提出了极高的要求,电极与电缆之间的接触式金属连接极易受到潮湿等影响而损坏,恶劣工况下pH电极的定期现场标定对用户更是一个巨大的挑战。数字智能化电极Memosens在电极与电缆之间采用数字、感应式双向能量和信号传输,把对电缆的苛刻要求降到了最低。同时内置的智能化芯片使电极具有记忆功能,离线实验室标定成为可能,大大方便了恶劣工矿下的pH电极标定。

Abstract:The pH measuring system consists of measuring electrode, cable, transmitter and mounting assembly, etc. Proper instrument has to be chosen for individual application in order to guarantee the accurate and fast pH measurement. Traditional pH electrodes put forward rigor restricts to cables. On one hand the metallic contact between electrode and cable is easy to get defective due to moisture. On the other hand the on-site calibration poses a huge challenge to users. Memosens is a kind of digital and intelligent electrode. With digital, inductive and bi-directional energy and signal transmission, it lowers those cable restricts to the minimum. Moreover, thanks to the intelligent chip inside the electrode, off-site calibration becomes possible, which facilitates the pH calibration in harsh applications.
