合金元素对断裂激活能的影响

摘    要:研究了工业纯铁、Al合金、低碳锰钢三种材料的断裂时间与应力、温度的关系。结果表明:合金元素通过形成不同的固溶体而改变断裂激活能。置换固溶体可增加断裂激活能,并随着合金元素含量的增加而增大;间隙固溶体断裂激活能略有减少。断裂过程可分为热激活过程和非热过程两部分。

Abstract:The relation between fracture lifetime,stress and temperature was investigated of pure iron,low-carbon manganese steel and Al alloy.The results showed that alloy element could change the activation energy of fracture by foming different kinds of solid solution.The substitutional solid solution would increase activation energy of fracture with the content of alloy element,and the interstital solid solution would decrease slightly the activation energy of fracture.The fracture process could resolved in two-stage:the thermal activation and athermal process.
