摘    要:在分析机械故障诊断工作的基础上,充分考虑数据采集的实时性要求、故障循检的便携式要求,提出了一种基于DSP的便携式机械故障智能诊断系统,该系统具有快速、实时信号采集和智能数据分析功能.文章详细介绍了系统的硬件结构和软件设计,通过对标准方波信号的实验分析,验证了系统的可行性和正确性.

Abstract:Analyze the course of machinery fault diagnosis, consider the real-time request for collecting data and the portable request for looking for fault, and then develop the portable system of fault diagnosis based on DSP for machinery equipment which can collecting data quickly and real-time, analyzing data intelligently. The paper introduces the hardware and software in detail. The feasibility and veracity of this system are tested by collecting and analyzing rectangle wave signal.
