CGM钢筋阻锈剂的阻锈机理研究

摘    要:从腐蚀体系半电池电位、动电位极化试验和孔蚀环状极化试验3个方面,分析了在不同氯离子环境下掺入与不掺入CGM-502钢筋阻锈剂的混凝土内钢筋的腐蚀性能。试验表明,在Cl-腐蚀体系中,CGM-502钢筋阻锈剂对钢筋起到了显著的阻锈保护作用,可以提高钢筋的半电池电位,促进钢筋表面保护膜的形成,提高阳极极化程度,改善混凝土中钢筋的抗腐蚀性能,减缓钢筋的锈蚀速度。

Abstract:From the aspects of Half-Cell potentials,polarization potentials and dot corrosion polarization test,reinforcement corrosion behaviors in concrete are researched with or without CGM-50 2corrosion inhibitor under different Cl~-content.Results show CGM-502 corrosion inhibitor can protect reinforcement from corrosion effectively in Cl~-corrosion system.The inhibitor can improve half-cell potentials,promote to form protective film on reinforcement surface,and improve polarization degrees,so as to enhance corrosion protection ability of reinforcement in concrete,and reduce corrosion speed.
