| 摘 要： | 使用溶剂循环方法,研究了季铵型阳离子淀粉的干法合成及性能。将原淀粉加入到乙醇氢氧化钠溶液中,加入醚化剂。控制氢氧化钠与醚化剂的摩尔比为2.8∶1,反应温度为60℃,pH值为11～12,在不断搅拌下反应约5h,用硫酸调节pH值为5～6。冷却、过滤,在60℃下干燥,得季铵型阳离子淀粉。该方法生产过程简便,降低了生产成本,减少了对环境的污染,产品性能稳定,质量进一步提高。 |

| Abstract: | Quaternary ammonium type cationic starch was synthesized with solvent circulation method,as well as its property was studied .The crude starch was etherified in the solution of alcohol and sodium hydroxide, under the conditon that:the mole ratio of NaOH to etherification substance is 2.8∶1,pH is 11～12, reaction temperature is 60℃, reaction time(with stirred) is about 5 h,and then the sulfuric acid was not used until pH is 5～6. The products were cooled , filtered and dried ( under 60℃),the quaternary ammonium type cationic starch was obtained . The costs of production was decreased because its procedure was simplified . The pollution is very light. There are good qualities and steady functions of products also. |
