摘    要:对于井漏的解决办法通常是先堵漏再恢复钻井作业,对堵漏无效的井则采用清水强钻等技术措施。核桃1井Φ444.5 mm井眼井段发生井漏, 通过多次堵漏无效果,又不具备清水强钻的条件, 该井位于半山腰,钻井过程中漏失的部分钻井液从钻机基础下方流出,严重影响了钻机的安全,通过采用空气/空气泡沫钻井工艺技术,解决了该井出现的各种复杂难题,快速安全成功钻达固井井深,取得了Φ444.5 mm井眼段纯空气钻井经验和地层出水时的空气泡沫钻井经验,同时对纯空气/空气泡沫钻井的钻头使用情况有了了解,并掌握了空气钻井设备的配套和使用,现场配制的泡沫基液性能满足了空气泡沫钻井的要求。采用空气钻井技术后缩短了复杂井段的钻井作业周期,大大提高了钻井机械钻速,降低了钻井作业综合成本,提高了经济效益,对于发生恶性井漏的井,采用空气钻井工艺技术是一个非常好的方法。

Abstract:The common way of retrieving the well,in which the lost circulation occurred,is to control the lost circulation first,then to reinstate drilling.Some technical measures as water forced drilling was used for the well in which the lost circulation control failed.The lost circulation occurred at the interval of Φ444.5 mm hole in well Hetao 1;it was inefficient to plug up the lost circulation again and again;and the interval didn′t satisfy the conditions of water forced drilling.This well was located at halfway up the mountain.In the process of drilling,partial lost drilling fluid flowed off from the bottom of rig base,thus affecting seriously the safety of the rig.Through applying net air/air foam drilling technology,various difficulties occurring in this well were solved,thus ensuring the well′s being dilled to the well cementing depth rapidly and safely.The experiences of both net air drilling and air foam drilling as watering out at the interval of Φ444.5 mm hole were achieved;the service circumstances of the bit used for the net air/air foam drilling was understood;and the mating of air drilling equipment and its application were mastered.The property of the foam base fluid compounded on the spot could meet the needs of the air foam drilling.Through applying the air drilling technology,the drilling cycle of complicated interval might be shortened,thus increasing greatly the penetration rate of drilling,reducing tht combined cost of drilling operation and raising economic returns.Therefore it is a very good way for the well with extreme circulation loss to apply the air drilling technology.
