摘    要:研究高速钢 (W 6Mo5Cr4V2 )在脉冲电场作用下球化退火的新工艺。试验结果表明 ,在保证得到良好球状珠光体组织和均匀球状碳化物的同时 ,可以降低加热及等温温度 ,又可缩短高速钢球化退火的保温时间

Abstract:New technology of spheroidizing annealing of alloy tool steel W6Mo5Cr4V2 under the effect of impulse electric field was studied.The result showed that the calefaction and isothermal temperature may be cut down and heat preservation time of spheroidizing annealing of alloy tool steel may be shortened at the same time of ensuring obtaining well spheroidal pearlitic organization.
