摘    要: 研究了以涤纶、氨纶网络丝为芯丝,以羊毛、兔绒混纺须条为外包纤维,在FA506环锭细纱机上纺制四组分长丝/短纤包芯复合纱的成纱工艺。用电子单纱强力仪测试了复合纱芯丝(涤纶与氨纶的网络丝)及四组分长丝/短纤复合纱的力学性能,用纱线毛羽仪测试了四组分复合纱线的毛羽,用电子条干均匀度仪测试分析了四组分复合纱线的线密度不匀率。实验结果表明,四组分长丝/短纤复合包芯纱在小变形条件下具有良好地弹性回复率,纱线毛羽较少,条干均匀性较好,可作为一种新型的毛衫针织用纱。

Abstract:The four-component filament/staple fiber corn-spun yarn is spun on FA506 ring spinning frame with PET/PU interlaced yarn and wool/rabbit-hair blended roving as outer sheath.The spinning process was analyzed.Mechanical properties of the four-component filament/staple fiber core-spun yarn and its core yarn(PET/PU interlaced yarn) were tested by electronic single yarn strength tester,the hairiness was tested by hairiness tester,and the evenness was tested by electronic evenness tester.The results show that the...
