阀冷却系统分析及改进措施

摘    要:华新换流站可控硅阀冷却系统分为内冷水及外冷水冷却系统, 通过分析其外冷水处理系统、喷淋塔、主循环泵的启动控制以及内冷水的2 个重要保护( 24 h 泄露保护和微分泄露保护) 的工作原理, 对主循环泵采取改进措施, 包括采用变频器控制启动及UPS 作为主循环泵电源等内容, 提高了阀冷却系统的可靠性,确保了直流系统的安全运行。

Abstract:The SCR valve cooling system of Huaxin Converter Station includes internal cold water system and external cold water system.The working principles of its external cold water treatment system,spray tower,main circulating pump startup control,and 2 major internal cold water protections(24 h leaking protection and trace element leaking protection) are analyzed.Improvements to the main circulating pump,including using variable frequency inverter to control and start,and UPS as main power supply,etc.,are adopted,resulting in higher reliability and safer DC system operation.
