基于遗传算法的低噪声齿轮传动设计

摘    要:用遗传算法进行了低噪声齿轮传动参数的优化设计,目标函数为啮合传动的冲击速度加权函数,约束函数为齿轮传动设计中的常用约束条件,数值计算结果与已有结果比较表明新方法可行。

Abstract:An optimizatiopn design method of low noise gear transmission parameters is developed by using the genetic algorithem. Weighted functions based on engagement shock velocity and recess shock velosity are selected as object functions. Restain functions are the familiar restrain functions in normal gear optimizatiopn design. The optimizatiopn algorithm successfully obtained similar results in comparison with the known results. It shows that the genetic algorithm is feasible in low noise gear transmission design.
