摘    要:本文在介绍了传输线理论的基础上,对基于时域反射(TDR)的特性阻抗测量仪的原理进行了简要的介绍,重点介绍了测量中涉及到的信号处理算法,通过CCS开发平台,编程实现了该方法,并借助于特性阻抗测量仪实际测量所得的数据,分别在CCS和MATLAB中对该算法进行了仿真和验证,通过对比CCS和MATLAB中的仿真结果,证明了该处理方法是合理有效的。

Abstract:The research in this paper is based on the theory of transmission line,Firstly,the measurement principle of characteristic impedance based on Time Domain Reflectometry is introduced briefly.What is more important,the implementation of signal process in the TDR is described in details.And by two development tools of CCS and Matlab,the data from the practical measurement by TDR is used for simulation and proof.By comparing the two results,the paper comes to the conclusion that the measurement method is correc...
