摘    要:陕西宝鸡冀东水泥扶风有限责任公司4000t/d新型干法水泥生产线原料磨采用了日本宇部设计制造的UM46.4型立磨。介绍了该立磨具有对物料适应性强、产量大、电耗低等技术特点;重点探讨了立磨主要操作参数——研磨压力、振动值、料层厚度、压差、外循环量和出磨气体温度及磨内喷水量等对系统优质高产、低耗稳定运行的影响,以及生产中对这些关键参数的优化控制和相关的调整措施。同时对该立磨生产运行中所遇几个典型问题的现象、原因和解决措施作了简要分析。经过近2年的生产实践和摸索总结,目前该原料磨运行稳定。

Abstract:A UM46.4 roller mill made by UBE,Japan was employed for raw meal grinding in the 4 000 t/d NSP cement production line of Jidong(Fufeng) Cement Co.,Ltd.This paper describes the technical characteristics of this mill: wide adaptability,high out-put and low power consumption etc.,in which the focus is the influence of main operation parameters of mill-grinding pressure,vibration,thickness of material bed,pressure difference,amount of external circulation,temperature of exhaust gas and water spraying amount in the mill etc.,to the stable running of entire system under condition of high output and low energy consumption.This paper also shows the control and adjustment measures during production.In the meantime,a brief analysis of the cause and solve methods of several typical problems occurred during operation is presented in this paper too.Up to now,this raw mill runs smoothly after the production practice in nearly two years.
