| Abstract: | The paper describes the low loading operation of model KDN-1000 nitrogen plant maintained by using external low pressure gas source due to the failure of the air compressor.It analyzes the "bottlenecks" to be solved in low loading operation and specific operation of air blowing system and air separation system.A comparison between the parameters obtained in normal operation and low loading operation is made.Finally the safety matters needing attention during low loading operation are outlined. |
